For a customer in Belgium

One of the teeth was broken and found in a production batch.

The part was original in white PE.

Detectable Solution:

We took the broken sprocket and scanned for the dimensions.

After we received the data of the part we have made this in a metal detectable PE.

case 2:

For a customer in the Netherlands

A seal ring ( o-ring ) has been torn and disappeared in the production pipes. This O-ring was blue but not metal detectable.

Detectable Solution:

We replaced the O-ring in an x-ray detectable silicone O-ring.
